Named after the archaic trading city of Mathura in North India which lay on the southern branch of the Silk Road through which the Scythians carried the first hemp seeds from Asia to Europe.
Fashioned from a much heavier hemp than our usual shirting, inducing a slightly grainy texture for a more casual look and highly durable finish.
